Saving a profile from a downloaded recipe

Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious. I did search for a few hours here and in the help.

I downloaded some recipes using the add-ons feature. How do I save a profile (mash, fermentation, carbonation)  out of an already existing recipe?

  It does not exist yet - it is high on my priorities to add to the next revision.  I'm working the next set of updates to BeerSmith desktop now.
