I was adding a new report template and now my Preview Pane is gone. I tried changing it from side view to bottom view, but no luck. Anyone know how I can restore it?

Go to the view menu - you should be able to add it back in from there. Also check to make sure its not just resized to be really small (there is a bar you can drag to adjust size).
