Accidentaly deleted an ingredient - recovery options?

Subject line says it all - thought I'd made a copy of an existing ingredient when creating a new custom ingredient but didn't.  Ended up saving over the original and wondering if there's a way to get it back?

  I can post the complete file - was it a grain, hops, yeast?

Here's the file - open it using the open command in BeerSmith (after downloading) and then copy/paste whatever you need into Ingredients->Misc view.

I have the same profile but it's water profile for Burton On trent. Can someone send me the extract file please ?
