Recipe Creation- Ingredient List Has Changed

Today I was opened the program to work on a recipe and went to add an ingredient and the formatting of the ingredients list has changed.  No search area no organizational tabs and the ingredient screen takes up almost half of my screen.  and will not show ingredients towards the top of list.  It's as if the top of the list has disappeared from the top of my monitor.

Very weird.  Any help?

Aaron,
  Try simply dragging the screen dividers around.  Its possible you rearranged them accidentally.  If that does not work drop me a PM and I can send instructions on how to reset the program to defaults.
