Why does Beersmith Crash and I lose my recipe when ever I try to print?

I save recipe and try to print a brew sheet and it crashes and my recipe is not there on restart. I saved it and save report and its gone 3 times today.

Hi,
  In most cases this has been traced to print driver issues.  Check to make sure you have the latest print drivers for your printer.

  Other possibilities include not having the latest internet explorer updates (if on PC), and the latest windows updates.
