I use a 5 gallon Gott cooler and want to make a Wheat Hefewiesen using a Protein Rest, therefore I thought I would use the Double Infusion Mash profile for a 5 gallon batch.  The temperatures suggested all make sense, but the volume of water is way more than will fit in my Mash Tun.  Is there a way to adjust the water temp higher and use less of it to go from the 120°F to 154°F.  The current amount will overflow my mash tun.

Great produce otherwise....

Have you tried using the "Strike/infusion temp" tool, you should be able to calculate the required temp and quantity from there.

Cheers

Jeff,
You can easily go into the mash profile and edit the water to grain ratio if you want more or less grain.  The only catch is that you obviously want to keep the water temperature below boiling.
