I am trying to design Graff recipe, but not too sure what I should categorize the apple juice/apple cider as? Should I put apple juice/cider under 'sugar'(add grain tab) or under 'flavour' (add miss tab) .

if it is consider as sugar, it will be calculated appropriately into the recipe and looks like not so appropriate when amount of gallon juice/cider would result in high ABV. Any reply would be much appreciated. thanks.

Hi,
I would characterize most juices as sugars since they are highly fermentable.  The hard part is estimating the potential and color, which can vary quite a bit depending on the concentration of the juice and color.  Unfortunately I can't provide a good guide here as its hard for me to know the sugar concentration of a given juice.
