I am looking for a 1.030 - 1.040 SG and would like to know a good starting point, ie. 1/2 cup 1/4 cup 3/4 cup etc. I have gotten tired of DE bricks...
Thanks,
Mike
Think metric mass. It's 10 parts water to 1 part dme. So 1500 ml of water plus 150g of dme. At 28g per ounce that's 5 ounces by weight. No idea how that would convert to volume.
