Patagonia Malts by Maltexco

As the subject says I would love to see the Patagonia Malts in Beersmith. I have been really enjoying them in my brews!

Only a limited range of Patagonia malts are imported into the US, by Brewer's Supply Group. I also reached out to Patagonia and received target specs on a lot more of their products. Most of it matches their website, pretty closely, but I was able to get protein and diastatic targets that aren't listed. I was unsuccessful getting details on their unmalted line of toasted grains, beyond what's on their website.

Attached are the grains available in the US as of 2014, plus their full malt range.

I've used the crystal malts. They tend to be a lot more berry, prune and raisin-like than English or US crystal malts.
