Chris is the President of MoreBeer and has been brewing for over 20 years. He has also taught at the prestigious Siebel Institute and is a former board member of the Brewer&#8217;s Association and the AHA Governing Council.<\/li><li>Chris provides his take on the state of the homebrewing industry, including the impact of COVID on homebrewing and some growth and then shrinkage seen in homebrewing.<\/li><li>We discuss the huge impact that the transition to majority all-grain brewing (vs extract) which has happened the last few years.<\/li><li>Chris discusses how all-grain has impacted the industry as a whole.<\/li><li>We talk about the move back towards dry yeast and away from liquid yeast for many brewers, as well as the large rise in Kveik yeasts.<\/li><li>We revisit all-in-one brewing systems, which Chris covered in some <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/beersmith.com\/blog\/2020\/10\/29\/all-in-one-brewing-equipment-with-chris-graham-beersmith-podcast-224\/\" target=\"_blank\">detail back in episode #224<\/a>.
