Keith retired from a 32 year career at Miller-Coors where he founded and was brewmaster for Blue Moon. He then retired to found <a href=\"https:\/\/ceriabrewing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ceria Brewing<\/a> which specializes in non-alcoholic and cannabis infused beer.<\/li> <li>We briefly discuss the last 18 months and Ceria<\/li> <li>Keith shares with us a short summary of his 32 years at Miller-Coors where he launched the famous Blue Moon brand and talks about some of the challenges.<\/li> <li>We discuss the wave of acquisitions many of the large brewers made into Craft style beers and how now some of that is being reversed as the Craft market is starting to slow down.<\/li> <li>We talk about the intense competition in the Craft beer market where a large number of breweries are competing for &lt;20% of the overall beer market, and how many younger consumers are turning to other beverages.<\/li> <li>Keith shares his thoughts on homebrewing and the effective cancellation of the homebrew conference this year. <\/li> <li>We discuss his new venture Ceria which produces a unique alcohol free beer.
