Mitch is also the former brewmaster at Stone brewing and is COO and Brewmaster at New Realm Brewing Co in Atlanta, Georgia.<\/li> <li>Back in 2012 Mitch launched his book on IPAs. I ask Mitch if he anticipated the rapid growth of IPAs over the last 12 years?<\/li> <li>We discuss a bit about the history of IPAs from his book starting in the 1700&#8217;s.
