Breandan is an author and runs a podcast called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belgiansmaak.com\/\">Belgian Smaak<\/a>. He has been recognized by the North American Guild of Beer Writers, British Guild of Beer Writes and the Belgian Podcast Awards.<\/li> <li>Breand\u00e1n introduces his book and what motivated him to write it.<\/li> <li>We discuss what a &#8220;Hidden Beer of Belgium&#8221; is and the criteria he used to find the beers featured in the book.<\/li> <li>The chapters are divided loosely by beer character. We start with &#8220;Thirst Crushers&#8221; which are drinkable beers with lower alcohol.<\/li> <li>Each of the beer sections includes a backstory about the brewer and the beer.
