Mathias founded <a href=\"https:\/\/hops2brew-shop.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hops2Brew<\/a> in 2015 with the goal of linking together hop growers, researchers and the brewing industry. He is a 10th generation German hop farmer with degrees in Civil Engineering and a Master\u2019s in Agriculture.
