Title: Add Slaked Lime/Pickling Lime to Water Profile tool

I really like the new Water Profile tool. What is missing in my opinion is the option to use slaked lime instead of Chalk for adding alkalinity. In a future update, it would be nice if that were added.

As a side note, I noticed that adding acid to your recipe doesn't adjust the estimated mash pH. Really the addition of acid or acid malt should impact that number.
