Title: Brewer's Edge BS Profile
Post by: ArrogantBastardAle on September 17, 2017, 08:56:44 PM
Does anyone have a tested profile for the Brewer's Edge system (preferably No Sparge) that they are willing to share?

Thanks!

If so google the grainfather profile the robobrew, this system and the grainfather share a lot so its basically one for all.

I would actually disagree with the above just because it is not a RIMS system like the Grainfather [not sure how much this effects efficiency].
However it does hold a full grain bill and can be used for a full sparge so I would just use the regular 5 gallon setup.

So I guess that there isn't a profile...  :(

Whatever system you have it is always best if you create your own, personalized, equipment profile. The way you use any given system may not be the same way someone else uses it. Even Brad Smith suggests that the equipment profiles that come in Beersmith are only to be viewed as starting points. You need to take your own, actual measurements and make your own equipment profile. Here are two tutorials that can help...
