Does this sound right for a 2 gallon batch of AmericanAle with Cascade hops...about 4.7 abv roughly
3.3 lbs 2 row and .25 ounce crystal 10  and starting mash with 2.3 gallons water....1/2 gallon extra for sparge.  BIAB..so with grain absorb
about 2.6 gallons at start of boil...4 gallon brewpot( thats if totally to the top...really its a 3.7 ga pot.
what do you think??? I want a nice craft style golden ale with enough body and I want to taste the cascade hops...1/2 oz 60 min and 1/2 oz last 10 minutes..
