Title: Gold subscriber getting charged for BeerSmith 3 upgrade

The upgrade email says:

Existing Gold/Platinum/Professional Members - Have automatically had a BeerSmith 3 license installed in their cloud account for their current term.  I will also update the accounts once more before the launch date. No action is needed on your part, and you do not need to pay separately for an upgrade.

When I log in and follow the links to upgrade, it sends to a page where I asked to pay for another subscription to upgrade.

did you log into https://beersmithrecipes.com/  Log in and look under your account name in the upper right.  There is a link for Licenses and Profiles.
