This stout have been a bit over 2 weeks in carboy. It looks likes smala grains, but its the first time I see this in one of my beer.
What si it?
Thanks!

I'd say somewhere around a 99% chance that's yeast.
I'm assuming it fermented out fine?

Thanks for the comment. I thought it wasn't mold, but since I'm new to brewing and since it's the first time I have such a thing... I finally decided to drain the middle of the carboy, leaving about an inch over and the bottom.
It was supposed to go near 1.011 but it ended up at 1.020.
I wanted to try a "kit" just for the fun, but AVB was supposed to be around 4.5% but Beersmith tells me it should be 3.4% with the reading I have input.
