Title: Export to... BBCode, HTML, etc.
Post by: newkie on July 07, 2009, 03:29:36 PM
Some guys on my local forum are using BeerToolsPro and they have one really cool feature that makes their software look superior.  And funny enough, you could probably program it in a few hours.  It's an export to BBCode, BBCode Alternate, HTML, or Text and copies it on the clipboard.  Take a look:

Hi,
Actually you can do this pretty easily with a report template.  I have not thought of doing it previously, but one could create an HTML or text format report in BeerSmith with the BBCode stuff in it for easy export.

I'm not really sure how to do that.  Could you break it down for me?

Still, it would be slick to have it built in.  Simple for you to do and great advertising (even tho I removed the "Recipe generated by..." line the image clearly states the brand).  Made me check out BTP again and I hadn't looked at it since v1.0
