Brad - I recalled later that tax programs such as Tax Cut come with PDF printer drivers to print forms.  You could possibly get one of those packages bundled with BS 2.0 so it was pre-installed with BS. 

www.pdf995.com is the one with TaxCut. 

www.primoPDF.com is my current favorite b/c it allows you to choose the print quality, depending on what you're doing.

  I will take a look at it - currently most of the reports are in HTML but perhaps there is a simple tool to help convert them.
