Title: Greetings From MN
Post by: blackdog1101 on May 21, 2010, 03:46:26 PM
Hello everyone!  I've been browsing this forum for a while and it's a wealth of information.  I'm a newbie to homebrewing, having made only two batches so far.  I work only a few minutes from Midwest Supply's warehouse in suburban Minneapolis, so I'm fortunate to have a good LHBS nearby.  I'm married with children, so my brewing time will be somewhat limited, but I have been enjoying it.  So far I've made MW's cream ale kit and their Ferocious kit (Surly Furious clone).  I've got a starter going now, and plan to brew a lower abv Bitter on Sunday.  I messed around with making my own recipe, and looks like it should work well, and clock in at 4.0 abv.

Looking forward to learning more and getting to know you all here.  Thanks!

Welcome. Nice to be so close to a big brew shop. This a great place to learn. Go Packers!
