Title: Mash Profile Question

I use the "Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge" profile and it keeps telling me at the batch sparge 2 steps i.e. "Batch Sparge with 2 steps (0.42gal, 4.20gal of 168 degree water". At what point does the .042 gal go in and for how long? I usually sparge for about 10 minutes.

Put that in before your first run-off.  Then, empty as fast as you can.  Then, put 2nd sparge water in. stir,  and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
