Title: Any Bell's Oberon Clone Recipes?
Post by: paharden on June 18, 2006, 03:48:01 PM
I'm looking for a good recipe that comes close to Bell's Oberon.  I just bought a six pack and plan to harvest the yeast from all six to get a starter going.  However, I need a good list of the ingredients key to cloning it.

This is one of the most quaffable summer beers made if you haven't had it.

Try this one (see attached BSM file)...

Enjoy!

Thanks for the recipe!  I harvested yeast from a six pack of Oberon, and stepped them up several times to make a good 4th of July brew today.

Hi paharden, I know this was an old post but, I want to brew a Oberon clone so I was curious about how this recipe turned out for you?

Thanks
