Title: New to forum but not to brewing

I am a senior (63) and brewing about 1 or 2 brews a month, depending on funds and time. My first brew was the Coopers FYI system that I bought in Nov '11. After that I learned my hobby by watching Craigtube on YouTube. My first all grain was in May '13 a SMaSH beer, which I am Drinking right now, its been in the bottle for a little over I month.  I have used Beer Smith for about a year now and it is great for designing your own beers. I can't wait to explore this forum to see what it offers.

I'm new to the forum too.  I've been all grain brewing since March 2013.  11 five gallon batches since March!
