Any tips for how to use beersmith for designing these recipes?

I'm trying to plugin kurts applie pie recipe, but figuring out how to create cider, and design the rest of the recipe is tricky.

Found my recipe in Brewing for Dummies, then I screwed around with it.
Made 4 batches. One with Cinnamin, one with Clove, one with ginger and one with nutmeg.
Let them all sit for 2 years and then mixed them all together...OMG it was worth the work and the wait! 20 gallons of pure gold. Forgot, that was in 2000, and I still have some. TALK ABOUT RESTRAINT!
