I'm planning on buying a bigger kettle so I can brew 10 gal batch I don't have for now to much free time.
My question is cooling it off, is my homemade wort chiller will be good enough or I should spend money again an buy a counterflow chiller.
I don't want to start buying mash tun for now , want to keep it sample for now .
Would like to hear from you guys doing a 10 gal biab
