Activation problem

I purchased Beersmith 3 today, I was a previous Beersmith 2 user,  I cannot activate.  More specific, every time I run three, it has me activate again and re-import my data.

What can I do to fix this?

I would recommend writing directly to Brad at beersmith at beersmith dot com with your activation issue.
