How do I add a new employee, who has a home version of beersmith 3, to our BS3 Professional license so they can access the cloud recipes and everything else?

Hi,
It depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
- If you want them to activate a copy (say their work laptop) you can do that by having them use your pro login when activating.
- If you want them to be able to access recipes in your cloud account (the main way of sharing) they can just go to their Cloud view and click on "Change User" to log into your pro account and access the recipes.
