Add-ons not showing

I am helping set up Beersmith 2 for a new club member. The install seems to work and is complete except for the add-ons which just dont show up. I'm at a loss...

Not certain this is the reason why but support for BS2 ended a long time ago. BS3 is even soon to be replaced with v. 4 very soon (a matter of weeks or even days perhaps).

The addons are not working on BeerSmith 2 because we had to shut down cloud access to BeerSmith 2 a few years back as it did not use a secure connection. Unfortunately security has been a major concern the last few years as we've been subject to sophisticated attacks from foreign actors. As a result, having secure server connections has become increasingly important.
