The brew timer just doesn't work for me with its default settings. But I can't find a way to change it.
The step that I'm currently on DISAPPEARS BEFORE IT'S OVER and it drives me insane.
For example, step mashing: while I'm heating slowly over 11 minutes to 145 degrees, that text just goes away. I need the current step to remain, not disappear. It's fine if the past steps are greyed out but they can't just vaporize.
How do I accomplish this?
