Italy here...I am back in AG homebreewing, going ON and OFF with this since 2005, and always trying to make improvements both in my skill and gear ( self built )...
Presently my gear consists of :
- 1 50L Motorized Mashing tun
- 1 50L Sparge water pot
- 1 75L Boiling pot
- 1 Motorized malt mill
- 1 50L Fermenter
- 2 beer dedicated fridges
And of course, Beersmith user since 20012...
I usually do Ale style beers but love to experiment creating new recipes ( last one is a Lemon Drop, easy to drink in this hot summer ), usually doing 40L batches each time, at a one batch per month rate...and... drinking faster than such a rate... I love to make all, from gear building to bottle labels for each one of my beers...
