BIAB with sparge dunk rinse?

So, my pot it's quite big enough for the prescribed water via Beersmith so I've taken to basically doing a Sparge Dunk Rinse...

I heat my BIAB up to sparge temps, pull it and drain, and then dunk into a bucket with water at sparge temps for about 5 minutes. In Brewsmith I'm using the Single Infusion, Batch Sparge mash profile rather than BIAB so that it calculates my water levels. I water treat both...

Basically, is this an OK legit method? What am I missing out by doing it this way?
