Hi.  I've been brewing for about two years, all-grain since my third brew, and until recently I always did all of my calculations by hand.  I didn't mind that, and I believe it helped me to gain a solid understanding of brewing and recipe creation and the relationships between the ingredients and techniques.  But then I tried BeerSmith and I have to say it is the best thing since malted grain.  This is great software.  I run it under wine on a Linux system.  My thanks to the developers for making this software available at a reasonable cost.

  We're happy to have you on board.  I am actually just one person doing a lot of the basic development but I do have a great team of beta testers and others who have contributed much over the years to making the program and related content great.
