Black Text on Black field background

Any idea how to change the fields back to white or text to black? Computer is not in dark mode. Thanks for your help

Fixed it Beersmith 3 doesn't like trend micro virus on a mac

I'm having the same issue, some fields loading with dark grey background, making them very difficult to read.  And some, like a list of recipes in a folder, only loading a single icon instead of recipe names and other usual details.  If I select one of those icons, I see the details, but  once I move to another recipe, they disappear.  Finally, sometimes (not all) BS appears to open in dark mode on its own, though I don't even see an option for that in the "Look and Feel" preference window.
