Boil Off rates using a steam condenser

Hello again.
I use a steam condenser on the boil kettle. The boil off rate is about .25 Gal / hour at most. This is a 2BBL Blichmann commercial system, so 1/4 - 1/2 Gal boil off has no affect on gravity.
I have changed the value in my equipment profile, but the calculations still increase the estimated post boil gravity by several points.
I have tried setting the boil off to zero, but the session still expects an increase in gravity after boil.
This offsets the measured efficiencies and the estimated ABV.

You can change your equipment profile but if you have previous recipes that were made with the old profile they will still use that old profile. Each recipe is independent of any changes made elsewhere.
