Can’t log into cloud server

I recently switched to an iPhone and went to download the stuff I saved on the cloud and it’s not recognizing my username and password. I don’t see any way to recover it through the app.

I think I replied to your email, but try logging in on the BeerSmithRecipes.com site and go to your profile page and set the password to letters/numbers as we've had some odd issues with certain special characters.
