Can you identify this beer can ?!?...

Hey guys. I'm trying to identify a piece of equipment in this picture taken outside of my bud's pop up camper, and the beer cans sitting on the table. Can anyone tell me what this black stand is (grill possibly) or what brand beer cans these are?

The one looks like a gas griddle. The other picture is too small to ID but it looks like it might be a can of White Claw.
