Can someone tell me a fix? when I move off a page the column size changes and doesn't show the entire column? How do I make them stay where I set them? Thanks
If none of that helps, it’s also possible the issue is tied to a specific recipe or workspace view getting corrupted. Creating a fresh profile or importing your data into a clean setup sometimes fixes weird layout behavior. It’s annoying, but a quick reinstall with a proper backup can clear out old settings that refuse to behave. In the meantime, keeping a note of your preferred column sizes and reapplying them when needed might be the least painful workaround. At least that way you’re not fighting the interface every single time you open the program. That’s a pretty common annoyance, and it usually comes down to how BeerSmith saves layout settings. In most cases, column widths don’t persist unless the program closes properly. Try setting the columns the way you want, then fully exit the software instead of just closing the tab or window. Also check if you’re running it with limited permissions, since that can stop it from saving preferences. If you’re using a trial or older version, layout saving can be buggy. As a workaround, some people stick to one view or avoid switching pages too often. Not ideal, but it helps until it’s fixed. Another thing worth checking is whether the configuration file is getting reset or overwritten at startup. If BeerSmith crashes or is forced to close, it may revert to default layouts the next time you open it. You can also try running it once as administrator, set up your columns, close it normally, and then reopen it to see if the changes stick.
If they do, it’s a sign it was a permissions issue. Golden Crown provides an engaging https://goldencrown.casino/tournaments/ experience built around quality and consistency. Otherwise, it might simply be a long-standing quirk of that version, and keeping backups of your settings or reinstalling could save you some frustration in the long run.
