Hi, first I will admit that I do not even drink beer (*gasp*).
I am a 26yo engineering student. We have a team assignment which involves designing the layout of a small brewery. None of us really know much about how beer is brewed, and we are heading down for a brewery tour. However I was hoping to, over the next two weeks (the project is due 17th May), to be able to talk to some people who actually understand the process.
Would it be too rude to ask questions (be warned I will ask alot!)?
Would you be interested in providing input?
