I am having trouble downloading the actual software to my computer, I have also tried it on another computer and it still does not work. The automatic update doesn't happen and trying to start the installation from the disc does not work either.

Hi,
Are you running on a PC? PC users generally have few problems as long as you have permission to install programs on your computer. If you are running a Mac you will probably have trouble as the program is currently PC only. I'm working on a Mac version now for release in a few months.
