Hello,

A quick introduction: Been home brewing with my wife (our third date was a beginners home brewing class) for about 6 years.

While I tend to gravitate to Stouts and Porters also a fan of IPAs and ESBs. Not so much with sours.

This past weekend we brewed an imperial stout (OG 1.102) using the Fermzilla All-rounder, hoping to close transfer into the keg once FG is reached. At some point I'd like to step up to BIAB or partial mash.

Apologies in advance for all the potentially stupid questions I will be posting.

Kind regards,
Dave

Welcome aboard!

I'm a BIABer--moving up to that is very straightforward. All you need is a good bag (I recommend Wilserbrewer), and a kettle big enough to hold the mash.

And no such thing as stupid questions here. Fire away.

Welcome to the forum - I'm a Porter and Stout fan myself!

We're happy to have you here!
