The issue is going to be in your profiles. Without seeing them, I would guess that you are calling for too much water uo front or topping off with too much water and forcing the program to suvtract that volume in the only place it can, which is the sparge.
We can give some more specific help if you export the recipe as a .bsmx file. You can do this by clicking once on the file name, clocking on 'file' > 'export selected' and saving the file as a .bsmx file. Attach this to your next post here so we can open it to see how your profiles are set and where you can correct the issue.
