Is anyone brewing gluten free? Ingredients are hard to find. My wife is now gluten and dairy free, she does not like IPA or any hoppy beer. Likes malty amber's. Gluten free amber's are few and far between at liqueur stores. Any advice would be welcome.

You can try Clarity Ferm as mentioned here - the enzymes in it will reduce the gluten content to near zero without changing the taste. This is generally the best option unless she is extremely sensitive to gluten:

If that fails then you would need to jump to non-barley brewing which is quite bit more complex. I've discussed it twice on the podcast with Robert Kiefer here:

I brew gluten removed in all my beers. My wife has celiac disease and is pretty sensitive to gluten. I add clarity ferm to every batch when I pitch yeast. There is no discernable flavor difference or body and mouthfeel. I brew from American Light Lagers to Imperial IPA and Stouts. Clarity Ferm works on all the beers I brew.

My wife has celiac disease, diagnosed many years ago. She can tolerate small amounts of gluten and occasionally has a beer that is not gluten-free or gluten-reduced. I use Clarity Ferm in all my beers and she has no problem with them. That doesn't mean that everyone with celiac disease will be OK with them, but it works for her so it works for me.

I'm not a beer expert, but I have some friends who are gluten-free, and they've recommended some breweries that make great gluten-free beer. Some options that might work for your wife are New Planet Brewery, Ghostfish Brewing Company, and Ground Breaker Brewing. You could also try looking for gluten-free beer online or even try homebrewing using naturally food. Good luck, and I hope you find something that works for you both!
