Hello fellow brewers.
My name's Matt, I started brewing about 10 years ago, with a full kit I was given from work colleges from the cemetery. Everything I needed to get started.
I'm mainly did ales or stouts as that what I drink. And mostly was from kits,
I did do a small all grain brew but I don't think I did it right as it wasn't very nice.
But it all went on the back burner for the past few years, due to many things like work and having a child.
I'm now wanting to get back into it all again but not so much on the scale that I used to do with the 40 kits and more along the lines of a couple of demijohn size beers and ciders.
I have a large apple tree in my garden and I can't eat that many apples. So when tree gives me apple, I'll make cider.
I hope this group can help me with ideas on what to brew and I will help and pass on my knowledge to others too.
Thanks
Matt.
