Hello everyone.

Just dropping a line to introduce myself.  I've been brewing for a few years now and have been using the Grainfather system for the past 2+ years.  I mostly brew IPA's and Pale Ales but am looking to expand on that quite a bit this year as well as getting into water profiles.  From what I've seen in the BS3 videos my goal of matching water profiles and getting correct PH shouldn't be to difficult.  Any who, howdy from Austin (Pfulgerville for those who know the local suburbs).

Check the Pinned post in All Grain/Advanced about the PH model!

tl;dr adjust your lactic acid contribution to 125% lactic acid if thats what you use, or acidulated malt to 60% if you use that!
