Been extract brewing for 30 years but just getting into AG.

I'm playing with Beersmith2 on my Mac as I get ready for my first brews.

Lots to learn.  Looks like this a good place to be.

I like the look of the Speidel Braumeister - but a 5 gal Igloo and 10 gal Rubbermaid coolers are where I'm starting.

Howdy Wasp,
Good luck on your AG journey. Good brew to you.

ns, nb, pei? Not too many people will know what I'm asking, eh?

Kernel,
I believe you are refering to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. LOL! Not bad for a Yank, eh! Of course, I am a Maineac and I used to love geography! LOL! You forgot QC and NL. ;D

used to live in PEI, now only get there in the summer.  Great place!

LOL! Summer is the best time for up there! Winter is a bit "brisk", even down here in Maine! LOL!

@KC - I live in The Maritimes, in south-west New Brunswick - It's all Good.

@Dirigo - Hi next-door-neighbour.  I live in "The Real Canadian East".  When I lived in Vancouver, BC all points East of the Rockies were called "Back East".

I look forward to our "brisk" winter days.  The feint smell of woodsmoke, the snow, and the clear china-blue skies - though I love to "go south" for a few months every winter, I wouldn't want to miss 'em.

Downing some great homebrew always puts the icing on the cake.  ;) 8)

Cheers! :)
