Hello from Georgia, how do you register the Key?

So I had the trial program for 68 days then bought the keys. Down loaded two more trials trying to get registration keys to work. It keeps popping up that the program has expired buy keys. What to do?
 
Hi,
  We had a problem today with the program that hands out keys on one of the order services.  I corrected it as soon as I found out about it and also sent you a new key via email (as well as all others affected).

  If you did not receive the new key I sent or have additional problems please let me know!
