Hello, been using BeerSmith for many years but just joining the forum now. Native New Englander (CT) but non fan of NE/Hazy IPA. Brewing on self-designed and built two vessel, no sparge, electric induction fired system. Using the BIAB setup in BeerSmith to facilitate no sparge. Look forward to seeing tips from others doing same.

Nice setup there! With the explosion of all in one systems it seems like BIAB is taking over - I'm running a BIAB two vessel BrewEasy myself.

Thanks for joining us and welcome!

Cheers from another Nutmeger. Hows your oyster stout?
I have yet to brew one! I grew up on the shore, oysters were plentiful. I think you just gave me an assignment….Do you have a recipe?
