Hello all. I am new to home brewing. I have done several brew sessions, all grain, extract and BIAB. I am switching over to BIAB. That works well for me. I have also done a few meads. I have a keen interest in Stouts and of late i found a beer/wine hybrid that i really like. working my way through the different beer types. I just purchased BeerSmith and getting a grip on it.

The best way to get the most out of BeerSmith is to start by creating a custom equipment profile which best describes your equipment and brewing profile. Take good measurements as you make your brews and use this information to 'dial-in' your profile so that the software cam better predict your outcome.
